Our mission is breeding Romosinuano, Akaushi, and Red Angus to produce hybrid and composite cattle for growth rate, economy of gain, and carcass merit.

Our breeding program produces cattle with low input requirements and high resilience to environmental conditions, whose meat has exceptional tenderness and flavor.

Akaushi cattle have established themselves among the elite echelons of the bovine world.

When Akaushi cattle are crossed with Romosinuano, the result is a hybrid of immense importance to any breeder who is looking to increase marbling and heat tolerance in their herd.

Our Work

Our cattle are currently raised in Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia, in collaboration with partners who are excited by the phenotype and gentle nature of our foundation herds. These varied climates let us test genetics under different management systems.

All Akaushi progeny are registered with both the American Akaushi Association and the Australian Wagyu Association.
